The constituent development officers at Portland State University work closely with their deans to assist a college, school, or center raise funds according to a long-term plan. If you already know which division of Portland State University you would like to help, a constituent development officer may be your first contact. The officers are responsible for knowing, in detail, the programs and needs of their division. They work in a team approach with other campus fundraising staff.
