Complete the Report of Gift or Grant form to report donations made to a University Department or Program which are deposited into a University gift account. These donations will be entered into the fundraising database for informational purposes only. This allows departmental staff to access a complete donor activity record for individuals that include all gifts made to both the University and the Foundation.
